Using this website

This website is run by Rent Buy, with showrooms in Henderson and Nacogdoches, Texas ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms.

• Prices, weekly and monthly payments, and totals shown on the site are estimates. Your signed rent-to-own agreement, made in the store, is what counts.
• Items shown may sell out or vary by store. We correct mistakes in prices or descriptions when we find them.
• Sending an application or a question does not guarantee approval or hold an item. A store team member will follow up.
• Please give true information on forms, and don't misuse the site or try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you.

SMS Terms (Rent Buy text messages)

If you check a text-message box on one of our forms, or ask a store team member to text you, Rent Buy will send you text messages from our store numbers.

• What we send: replies to your questions, application and delivery updates, and payment reminders. If you also chose deals and promotions, we send those too.
• How often: message frequency varies with your request and account.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. We send one message confirming you're opted out, and then no more. You can also use our opt-out page or tell any store.
• To start again: reply START.
• For help: reply HELP, or call your store (see our stores).
• Agreeing to texts is never required to rent or buy anything.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We don't sell or share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
